Sebastian Hill

Sebastian Hill studied architecture and urban development at the Bauhaus University in Weimar and at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich. He has worked for renowned architects and clients in Switzerland, Russia and Germany. During his time as a project manager in the fields of architecture and urban development, he supervised a large number of projects for private and public developers. Among others, his scope of activities included office and residential construction, museums and cultural amenities, feasibility studies, preliminary planning for hotel construction, urban and regional land-use planning, and campus design. The scope of projects ranged from high-rise planning and strategic and conceptual planning to classic single-family house designs and exhibition concepts.

After graduating, Sebastian Hill founded hillstudio in 2010 – a studio for architecture and urban development in Zurich, Switzerland. hillstudio handles a wide range of highly diverse projects. They include private and public contracts, conversions and renovations of historical buildings, commercial and residential buildings, and urban planning at home and abroad.
